World Packing Quality Control System
Quality assurance is an integrated process instead of afterthought.
Our policy is "Maximum quality at minimum cost".
This is what makes the difference and where we concentrate our resources and energy to add value to our products and so to our customers.

We operate a corporate Quality Management System that is certified to BSCI, ISO, ROHS, MSDS. Quality and consistency have always been the values we have pursued and for what we are well known.
We control every step of the manufacturing chain with close supervision of our laboratory experts therefore guaranteeing top quality performance of our products.
1. Before Testing: The raw materials used to produce customers' order must be tested to ensure that they meet the required specifications. This includes testing for tensile strength, elongation, and adhesion to steel.
2. In-Process Inspection: During the manufacturing process, our products must be inspected to ensure that they are meeting the required quality standards. This includes monitoring the thickness, width, and length of the products.
3. Final Inspection: The products must undergo a final inspection before loading to ensure that they meet the customers' required quality standards.

Regarding product quality control
Raw material testing
This is the initial stage of tape quality control, which is primarily accomplished by rigorous raw material quality testing. This involves testing the particle size and distribution of fillers in addition to testing the quality of adhesives and polymers. By ensuring the quality stability of the raw materials, these tests help provide a strong basis for the manufacture of tapes in the future.
Production process monitoring
Every important link in the adhesive tape production process needs to be watched over and managed. This involves keeping an eye on variables including coating thickness, speed, temperature, and humidity. It is possible to make sure that the tape meets the necessary standards for quality by promptly modifying and regulating these parameters.
Tape performance testing
To ensure that the generated tape satisfies product specifications, performance testing is required. Tests for adhesion, heat resistance, tear resistance, and other properties are frequently conducted on tapes. By assessing the tape's dependability and usability, these tests aid in making sure the product can satisfy consumer demands.
Quality control records for tape
Tape quality control records: Throughout the tape production process, thorough quality control records are needed. Records of product performance testing, production process monitoring, and raw material testing are some of these records.
Why Your Tape Doesn't Stick – A Checklist
Do you have a flat, smooth surface that makes good contact with the tape's adhesive? Or do you have a rough surface that leads to minimal contact and requires a thick adhesive? Try testing the tape on a flat, clean surface (metal or glass always works well), and see if your tape adheres well there. If so, your problem may be a rough surface.
Some surfaces like polyethylene or PVC or concrete are especially hard to adhere. A tacky tape will help, but if not, try a different roll and see if the trouble persists. Or as described above, try the tape on a flat, clean glass or metal surface. If it sticks well, chances are the problem is the surface and not the tape.
Are You Trying To Stick To Cardboard? If so, remember that cardboard is sometimes made from recycled material, which tends to have many small fibers on the surface that break away very easily. You may need a tape that is designed explicitly for recycled cardboard.
Could It Be The Temperature? Most tapes won't stick if the roll or the surface is too cold.
Could It Be You? Are your hands clean, or could you be inadvertently causing contamination? For example, if you recently worked on a car engine or used hand cream, you could be adversely affecting the surface. Clean your hands a try again.
