How to prevent the occurrence of stretch film points in the production process of stretch film

1. Select purified resin for stretch film raw materials to reduce the influence of catalyst;

2. Increase the fineness of the filter screen in the stretch film molding process, and replace the filter screen (especially the old equipment) frequently, which is conducive to the reduction of crystal points;

3. Appropriate amount of antioxidants are added in the production process;

4. Add steel surface lubricant in the production process of stretch film to reduce the sticking of polymer melt on the surface of the equipment.
