PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Under extreme working conditions such as high-temperature baking, ultraviolet erosion, and chemical corrosion, traditional masking materials often face the risk of colloid carbonisation, shedding, or contamination. The Colorful UV series of anti-ultraviolet masking tapes reconstructs industrial protection standards with laboratory-level data.
① Anti-UV adhesive layer
- Passed ASTM D4329 fluorescent UV ageing test (UVB-313 light source for 500 hours), yellowing index ΔE＜1.8 (D65 light source), viscosity retention rate＞85% (ASTM D3330 test).
- The adhesive layer contains antioxidants (BHT) and UV absorbers (benzotriazoles) to delay colloid ageing.
② High-density crepe paper backing
- Tensile strength ≥ N/10 mm (ISO 1924 standard), moisture absorption rate < 5% (RH 95% environment for 72 hours) to prevent curling or falling off.
- Paper base thickness: 0.15±0.02mm, surface roughness μm, to improve the adhesion of the tape.
③ Environmentally friendly ink printing
- Support Pantone colour number customisation (such as PANTONE 18-1663TPX bright orange); colour fastness passes ISO 105-X12 rubbing resistance test (≥4 levels).
- Provide CMYK four-colour printing; minimum order quantity is 50 rolls.

✅ Outdoor advertising signs: South-east Asia field test (40°C/90%RH, 6 months) fading rate <3%, better than ordinary tape (average fading rate >35%).
✅ Industrial protection: Resistant to electrolyte (EC/DMC/LiPF₆) immersion for 72 hours without swelling; meets UL 94 V-0 flame retardant rating (sample thickness 0.12mm).
