PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
No bubble adhesive tape by means of superior precision coating technology, Tape offers a unique improvement based on BOPP film, therefore surpassing the constraints of conventional BOPP tapes. The tape is treated with a nano-level electrostatic dissipation layer and covered with a low-viscosity, high-polymer pressure-sensitive adhesive using biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), so producing a unique triple-layer structure: anti-overflow adhesive – air-guide layer – anti-static film. Unlike standard BOPP tapes, which can suffer from glue overflow and bubbling due to high adhesive fluidity, this product uses an ultra-thin 0.08mm adhesive layer applied with great accuracy.

ADVANTAGES
High transparency: using conventional BOPP substrate (light transmittance ≥ 88%), meeting the visual needs of daily packaging, suitable for express bag sealing, document packaging and other scenarion
Conventional mechanical properties: tensile strength ≥ 40MPa (ASTM D882), peel force 12-15N/25mm (PSTC-1 standard), can cope with conventional external forces such as carton sealing and textile bundling
Anti-bubble design: through special production, roller rolling to reduce bubbles, laboratory simulation shows that the bubble incidence rate is about 60% lower than that of ordinary tape (20℃ normal temperature test)
Customized service: supports width, length, thickness, paper core inner diameter, printing, packaging and other customized services

BOPP Backing
No-bubble tape is crafted to be waterproof, stain-resistant, wrinkle-resistant, scratch-resistant, and fade-resistant, ensuring long-lasting storage. Made from BOPP film coated with water-based pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, it offers a practical and economical solution due to its low cost and high production efficiency, making it suitable for various applications.
Exhaust Bubbles
To eliminate bubbles, the tape undergoes a lamination process where it is pressed by a laminating machine, effectively driving out air pockets. The extrusion machine is specially designed to apply even pressure, allowing air to be released and preventing bubble formation in the adhesive during the extrusion process.
Temperature & Pressure
Strict temperature and pressure control in the extrusion machine ensures that the adhesive is extruded under optimal conditions, further reducing bubble generation.

FAQ
Q: Does the tape break readily while handling bulky objects? Load-bearing capability is what?
A: With a tensile force of kg/cm², the tape can resist with a tensile strength of MPa. It can help 20-kilogram objects be transported within a standard sealed box.
Q: The tape's adhesiveness will restore over what length of time? If it spends a lot of time in the warehouse, would it become useless?
A: It retains ≥12N/25mm after half a year; the shelf life is 3 years in a dry environment at 25℃; the fracture retention force is 15N/25mm.
Q: In winter, is the tape readily breaking? Is it applicable in below-freezing conditions?
A: A low-temperature test at -20℃ shows that the lifting tensile strength is still maintained over 40 MPa and can endure the sealing of boxes in a cold storage environment at -18℃; nevertheless, it is advised to preheat for use at extremely low temperatures (below -30℃).
